Biz Tra day 1+ flaky skin.

i fell in love with a jacket, it was a cross between a biker jacket and a tulip sleeve top.
So beautiful, Dark black PVC, essentially shouts 'chic', but cost a bomb.
Ok, i woulden call it a bomb, just abt HK$350 after bargaining. (in case u dont know, S$70)
It was a little big, so...Mum was totally against the idea.
after like 4 days im still thinking about it.Sighs, talk abt love at first sight.

That aside, 1st day was peaceful.
Kenneth and I stayed till 7pm to complete the proof-reading, since they were rushing the magazine for print.
It was an exhilarating experience, reading a magazine before its published, playing a minor role in such a huge production.
I felt obliged to stay till 10pm to see it sent to print, thou i have a feeling it might b delayed till tomorrow.
I left the office feeling awfully tired, super strained eyes and hurting toes.

Naturally, I over dressed.
In my opinion it was just dressing corporate smart, but then, everyone wore jeans, so naturally what i wore was counted as 'over-dressing'.
Brother had a good laugh when i told him i over-dressed, like it was predictable.(HELLO! SO NOT OK.)
So its jeans tmr ok.

Used a fair bit of brain cells, not too much, and alot of eye power.
I wonder what we'll be doing tmr, how safe should i dress (OMG, sounds like a bimbo question, shit.)
The people were OK, not like SUPERNICE as Kenneth yap seems to be telling me.
It was abit awkward i have to admit, so in a very neutral way, i shall say that 'thank god for kenneth, Cheong'.
adding to the fact, i feel that not knowing canto gives people a chance to be prejudiced towards you.
Its true in many aspects, if u know canto, u have an easier time, easier to get around, people love u.
if u speak chinese, they think ur from mainland china (WATCH OUT, CHINA IS A GROWING MARKET!)
and english, well, even the macdonalds stuff dont understand my english, i suppose its just me.

I learnt MANY THINGS today, so much about china, and many asia countries.
hey i can tell u which countries have the best (Hotel) packages these few months.
Its amazing, the number of things u learn just from proof reading something u did not write.

Really tired, im on a 'intense hydro mask' routine for the next 3 days (been doing it for 2 days), cos my skin is dried up like a baked potato skin.
My nose is flaking and I still insist of putting on foundation cos somehow when i stepped onto HK soil, i was hit by a viral, vanity syndrome - oh just great.
Im doing alot of SOS on my face, nose especially u cant imagine how flaky my whole face looks with HYDRO mask and aloe vera and SPF15 moisturising lotion.

vanity aside, I HATE AMERICAN SPELLING OK.
Like if those people stop placing their 'z' and replaced it with 's' it saves EVERYONE alot of time and effort.
oh well, i guess thats not really up to me, so i just better do my job properly as a lowly paid intern at panacea asia who is learning a hell lot, this I am very serious and i know i keep repeating myself.

And hello Li Bing i need to send u a special msg becos my mum gave me a doc martens lookalike and i am totally stunned and i duno what to do with it and i hope u can fit into it. Its almost like hiking shoes. I'll wear it one day and tell u if its comfy and if it is well u can probably have it.(:

AND DEAR FRIENDS, let me know if Mas Selamat is caught.

and JUNO is wonderful. The songs are so beautiful, think country lovers playing guitars.

ALL SET FOR BIZ TRAVELLER DAY 2.
